A historic grain mill with over 50,000 square feet of customizable spaces.

Did you know… The Mill was built in the late 1940s to manufacture a variety of feed for agricultural and domestic animals?

Ralston Mill. Yesterday, today and tomorrow.

The Mill was built in the late 1940s to manufacture a variety of feed for agricultural and domestic animals. The operation was large and was serviced directly by the railroad. The Mill closed in the early 1970s and was subsequently purchased by Bruce Ralston in 1976 — who has been busy improving the historic site ever since.

At its core, Ralston Mill’s business model focuses upon the ability to assist in creating and keeping private sector jobs in the Northeast Kingdom by creating flexible, affordable spaces to rent for a variety of market sectors.
